Energy Drink
If you are into extreme energy before the dance club or gym, try this energy mix formula.
Mix and Blend:
- 2 cup of vanilla ice cream
- 5 spoons of wheat germ
- cut and dice a banana
- 3 raw eggs
- 1/2 cup of milk
Exercise/activity is a must, or you will gain alot of weight.
Chocolate Protein Drink
Try this protein mix drink after an intense workout.
Mix and shake the following in a bottle
- 2 scoops of chocolate whey protein isolate
- 3 spoons of wheat germ to give it texture
- 280ml of apple juice
Drink within 10 minute of mixture.
